Hi People,
If you are suffering from chronic fatigue from work. Feeling tired even after a early rest..probably you need a good and regular workout..don't get me wrong..I'm not here to 'sell' you California Fitness or Fitness First membership. I'm here to share with you a what jogging can do for you.

So if you would like to enjoy the benefits of the above, do join our running club.
We will be meeting every sat morning(7.30am-8am depends on the route) unless it's raining.
So far we the jogging route are as follows:
1. Yew tee -> Kranji 'reservoir'(abt 6km)
2. Gombak -> Diary Farm Park(abt 5km; this is my favourite route =)
3. Yew Tee -> CCK and Back Yew Tee(5km)
4. NEW: Yew Tee -> CEFC(6km)
I am opened to suggestion of New of better route, even start-off point.Typically I prefer one that passes thru the greenery of nature. After that we can go for breakfast together..and who knows we might be even be able to have a 'picnic session' one of these days.
