This site will be 'freeze'


Yes..if you have noticed(provided you visit this blogsite)..the blogsite isn't updated as frequently as my main site..it's not that I haven't been running but rather fewer people are joining me for the weekly sat run..

Furthermore, I had been training quite intensively for my coming triathlon race...as such I will temporarily 'freeze' this blogsite until further notice..for those who are still keen in running..just drop me a sms and we can working the timing and meeting place...

Don't worry I will still run with you guys but after that I may go further to clock my distance..

The new club is forming - R & R club

Today is a most interesting run I ever had so far.

1. The running club see a 300% 'growth'!!!

2. We are going to form a 'new club' pretty soon.

We had 3 new comers who had never joined us before. Here you say our dear Barbra in action making the new comer feel welcome.
Next we proceed with our usual warm up exercise. Barbra demonstrating the newly created 'hip-hop stretch'

After the run, can you spot the differences?? We run for about 5.6km today.

After the run, we had dinner at Yew Tee food-court and while chatting about different stuffs like food and nutrition to school education system and even the economic.

Willie being very knowledgeable about food and nutritious share with us how to eat healthier by select food that is good for your blood type.Eg. O+ food for O+ ppl..


After that he suggested that we can form a R & R club...NO it's not Relax & Relax club..it's Read and Run Club!!!

He suggested that we can come together to share what we had read over the week, then after we can run together. So while running we can 'digest' what had been shared..so we are moving towards using running as a platform for knowledge exchange..interesting huh??

Weekly Sat morning Jogging

Hi People,

If you are suffering from chronic fatigue from work. Feeling tired even after a early rest..probably you need a good and regular workout..don't get me wrong..I'm not here to 'sell' you California Fitness or Fitness First membership. I'm here to share with you a what jogging can do for you.

1. Better control of Health Risk Factors
2. Improved Fitness
3. Smarter and Happier(this is subjective and varies for individual)
4. Boosted Immune System
5. Improved Functionality

So if you would like to enjoy the benefits of the above, do join our running club.

We will be meeting every sat morning(7.30am-8am depends on the route) unless it's raining.

So far we the jogging route are as follows:

1. Yew tee -> Kranji 'reservoir'(abt 6km)

2. Gombak -> Diary Farm Park(abt 5km; this is my favourite route =)

3. Yew Tee -> CCK and Back Yew Tee(5km)

4. NEW: Yew Tee -> CEFC(6km)

I am opened to suggestion of New of better route, even start-off point.Typically I prefer one that passes thru the greenery of nature. After that we can go for breakfast together..and who knows we might be even be able to have a 'picnic session' one of these days.
