Today is a most interesting run I ever had so far.
1. The running club see a 300% 'growth'!!!
2. We are going to form a 'new club' pretty soon.
We had 3 new comers who had never joined us before. Here you say our dear Barbra in action making the new comer feel welcome.

Next we proceed with our usual warm up exercise. Barbra demonstrating the newly created 'hip-hop stretch'

After the run, can you spot the differences?? We run for about 5.6km today.

After the run, we had dinner at Yew Tee food-court and while chatting about different stuffs like food and
nutrition to school education system and even the economic.
Willie being very
knowledgeable about food and
nutritious share with us how to eat healthier by select food that is good for your blood type.

After that he suggested that we can form a R & R club...NO it's not Relax & Relax club..it's Read and Run Club!!!
He suggested that we can come together to share what we had read over the week, then after we can run together. So while running we can 'digest' what had been shared..so we are moving towards using running as a platform for knowledge exchange..interesting huh??
